Select ripe grapes, ensuring they are free from any mold or rot. Wash the grapes thoroughly under cold water.

Harvesting Grapes

Crush the grapes using a wine press or by hand to extract the juice. Collect the juice in a clean fermentation container.

In a separate bowl, dissolve the sugar in 200 ml of water. Once dissolved, add the yeast and let it sit for about 10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Mixing Ingredients

Add the yeast mixture to the grape juice in the fermentation container. Stir gently to combine. Add tannin and sulfites to the mixture to stabilize it.

Fermentation Process

Cover the fermentation container with a clean cloth and allow it to ferment at room temperature for 7-10 days, stirring daily.

Primary Fermentation

Once the primary fermentation is complete, transfer the wine to a clean demijohn or fermentation vessel, leaving sediment behind. Seal with an airlock and let it ferment for an additional 2-4 weeks.

Secondary Fermentation

Once fermentation is complete, siphon the wine into cleaned 375ml bottles, leaving a small headspace at the top. Seal with corks or caps.

Bottling

Store the bottled wine in a cool, dark place for at least 3 months to allow flavors to develop before tasting.

In a medium saucepan, combine the Cabernet Sauvignon wine, sugar, and water. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is fully dissolved, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and allow it to cool to room temperature.

Juice the two fresh lemons and strain the juice to remove any seeds. Set aside the lemon juice for later use.

Rinse the blackberries under cold water. In a large mixing bowl, mash half of the blackberries with a fork to release their juices. Reserve the other half for garnish.

Once the wine base has cooled, add the lemon juice and the mashed blackberries to the saucepan. Stir well to combine all the flavors.

Once chilled, pour the Lady Cabernet Sauvignon into wine glasses or cocktail glasses, straining out the solids if desired.

Select and hand-pick ripe Nebbiolo grapes from the vineyard, ensuring they are free from any rot or damage.

Place the harvested grapes in a large container and crush them to release the juice. You can use a grape crusher or do this manually.

Add 1 litre of water and 200 grams of sugar to the crushed grape mixture to help with fermentation and enhance sweetness.

Sprinkle 10 grams of wine yeast into the mixture and stir gently to incorporate it. This will initiate the fermentation process.

Cover the container with a cloth and let it sit in a warm place (around 20-25°C) for about 7-10 days, stirring daily to ensure even fermentation.

After fermentation is complete, transfer the wine to an oak barrel for aging. Make sure to use a siphon to avoid disturbing the sediment.

Add 10 grams of sulfites to the wine in the barrel to preserve its quality and prevent spoilage.

Ensure you have all the ingredients ready on your countertop. This includes the Red Bordeaux wine, water, fresh blackberries, fresh raspberries, fresh mint leaves, honey, and a cinnamon stick.

Thoroughly wash the fresh blackberries and raspberries under cold running water. Drain and set aside in a bowl.

In a large saucepan, pour the 750 ml of Red Bordeaux wine and add 500 ml of water. Stir to mix the two liquids together.

Add the washed blackberries and raspberries into the saucepan with the wine and water mixture. Stir gently to combine.

Add 2 tablespoons of honey to the mixture, stirring well until the honey is completely dissolved.

Sweeten the Mixture

Add the cinnamon stick and fresh mint leaves to the saucepan. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Allow it to simmer for about 10 minutes to infuse the flavors.

After 10 minutes, remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool slightly. You can strain the mixture if you prefer a smoother drink or serve it as is with the berries. Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Add the chopped spinach to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Stir in 1 tsp of garlic powder, 1 tsp of cumin, 1 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts.

Fluff the cooked quinoa with a fork and then add it to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
