Preparation

- 2
Prepare the Tortilla Chips
If using store-bought tortilla chips, ensure they are fresh and crunchy. If desired, you can also bake or fry corn tortillas until crispy to make homemade tortilla chips.
- 3
Slice the Jalapeños
Thinly slice the jalapeño. You can remove the seeds for less heat if desired.
- 4
Slice the Avocado
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice it into wedges.
- 5
Chop the Cilantro
Rinse the cilantro under cold water, pat dry, and chop roughly.
Assembly
- 6
Layer the Ingredients
In a large serving dish or plate, first layer the tortilla chips evenly. Spoon the pork green chili over the chips, ensuring they are well coated.
- 7
Add Eggs
Place the cooked eggs on top of the chili-covered tortilla chips.
- 8
Top with Garnishes
Add pickled red onion, sliced jalapeños, avocado wedges, and sprinkle with cotija cheese. Drizzle with crema and finish with chopped cilantro.
