Burger Patty Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Beef
In a large mixing bowl, combine 1.5 lbs of ground MT beef with 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of black pepper. Mix gently until the seasonings are evenly distributed.
- 2
Form the Patties
Divide the mixture into 3 equal portions, each weighing approximately 6 oz. Shape each portion into a patty, making a slight indentation in the center to prevent puffing during cooking.

Assemble the Burger
Place a cooked patty on the bottom half of each toasted potato roll. Top with a layer of lettuce, a slice of tomato, a few rings of onion, and a generous scoop of house-made pickles. Place the top half of the roll on top to complete the burger.
