Char the Corn
Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is charred and cooked through. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Cut the Kernels
Once the corn is cool enough to handle, carefully cut the kernels off the cob and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Mix the Sauce
In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, and chili powder. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Pour the creamy sauce over the charred corn kernels and mix thoroughly to ensure all the corn is coated.
