Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

Rinse the oysters, top neck clams, and shrimp under cold water. If using raw oysters, shuck them carefully. For the shrimp, you can leave them raw or boil them for a few minutes until just cooked.

  2. 2

    Cook the Lobster

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lobster and cook for about 8-10 minutes until it turns bright red. Remove and let it cool before cracking it open.

  3. 3

    Arrange the Platter

On a large serving platter, create a bed of seaweed. Arrange the shucked oysters, top neck clams, and shrimp on top. Place the chilled lobster in the center.

  4. 4

    Add Garnishes

Serve with lemon wedges, cocktail sauce, and mignonette sauce on the side. Garnish the platter with additional seaweed if desired.
