Prepare the Seafood

Coat the Seafood

In a bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, salt, pepper, and paprika. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Dip each piece of seafood into the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.

Fry the Seafood

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry the scallops, fish, clams, and shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Cook French Fries

Prepare french fries according to package instructions or fry fresh-cut fries until golden and crispy.

Prepare Cole Slaw

Mix the Slaw

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots. In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Plate the Dish

Serve the fried seafood with a side of french fries, cole slaw, and tartar sauce.
