Fried Shrimp

Prepare the Shrimp
In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.

Coat the Shrimp
Dip each shrimp into the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture until well coated.

Fry the Shrimp
In a large pot, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
French Fries

Prepare the Potatoes
Cut potatoes into fries and soak in water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat dry.

Cole Slaw

Mix the Slaw
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and grated carrot. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt. Pour over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
Tartar Sauce

Prepare the Tartar Sauce
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, finely chopped dill pickles, lemon juice, and salt. Chill until ready to serve.
