Prepare the Baking Dish
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of butter.

Season the Haddock
Place the haddock fillets in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with white wine, lemon juice, and season with salt and black pepper.

Add Butter and Breadcrumbs
Dot the remaining butter over the haddock and sprinkle seasoned bread crumbs evenly over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the haddock is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Combine Ingredients for Sauce
Stir in the heavy cream, lobster meat, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.

Place the baked haddock on plates and spoon the lobster sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
