Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Baking Dish

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of butter.

  2. 2

    Season the Haddock

Place the haddock fillets in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with white wine, lemon juice, and season with salt and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Add Butter and Breadcrumbs

Dot the remaining butter over the haddock and sprinkle seasoned bread crumbs evenly over the top.

  4. 4

    Bake the Haddock

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the haddock is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Lobster Sauce

In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  6. 6

    Combine Ingredients for Sauce

Stir in the heavy cream, lobster meat, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.

  7. 7

    Serve

Place the baked haddock on plates and spoon the lobster sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
