Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Wagyu Steak

Season the wagyu steak with salt and black pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest before slicing.

2

Scramble the Eggs

In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium. Crack the eggs into the skillet and scramble until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

3

Sauté the Vegetables

Add a little more sesame oil to the skillet if needed. Add minced garlic and chopped green onions, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

4

Combine with Rice

Add the cooked jasmine rice to the skillet, stirring well to combine. Pour in the soy sauce and mix thoroughly, allowing the rice to get slightly crispy.

5

Add Steak and Eggs

Slice the rested wagyu steak thinly and add it along with the scrambled eggs to the rice. Stir everything together to combine evenly.

6

Serve

Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
