Add Garlic and Spices
Stir in the minced garlic, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.

Incorporate Crawfish and Liquids
Add the crawfish tails, chicken stock, diced tomatoes (with their juices), and bay leaves to the pot. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

Simmer the Etouffee
Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover the pot and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

After simmering, stir in the Worcestershire sauce and adjust seasoning with additional salt and black pepper if needed. Remove bay leaves before serving. Serve the crawfish etouffee over cooked white rice.
