Add Tomatoes and Broth
Stir in the canned crushed tomatoes, vegetable broth, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.

Simmer the Soup
Reduce the heat to low and let the soup simmer for about 20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Blend the Soup
Using an immersion blender or a regular blender (in batches), blend the soup until smooth and creamy.

Add Cream
Return the blended soup to the pot and stir in the heavy cream. Heat gently over low heat until warmed through.

Serve
Ladle the tomato bisque into bowls, garnish with fresh basil, and serve warm with rolls for dunking.
