Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Pasta

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Prepare the Cheese Sauce

Reduce the heat to low and add the mozzarella, parmesan, cheddar, gorgonzola, ricotta, and fontina cheeses to the skillet. Stir continuously until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is creamy.

Combine Cheeses

Add the cooked pasta to the cheese sauce. Gently toss to combine, ensuring all the pasta is coated with the cheese mixture.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Add the lamb or beef, coating it well. Marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Prepare the Meat

Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat. Cook the marinated meat for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and slightly charred. Allow it to rest before slicing.

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. Stir well and refrigerate until ready to use.

Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce

Slice the cooked meat thinly. Warm the pita bread slightly. Layer the sliced meat on the pita, add diced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and top with tzatziki sauce. Roll or fold the pita to serve.
