Prepare the Salad Base

Wash the Greens
Thoroughly wash the romaine lettuce and Tuscan kale under cold water. Pat dry with a kitchen towel.

Chop the Greens
Roughly chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and remove the tough stems from the Tuscan kale. Tear the kale into smaller pieces.
Make the Garlicky Croutons

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Bread
Cut the French bread into small cubes (about 1 inch).

Bake the Croutons
Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
Prepare the House Caesar Dressing

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Grana Padano cheese, and black pepper.

Whisk the ingredients together until the dressing is smooth and well combined.
Assemble the Salad

Combine the Greens
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and Tuscan kale.

Add Croutons and Dressing
Add the garlicky croutons to the greens and drizzle the house Caesar dressing over the top.

Gently toss the salad until all ingredients are well coated with the dressing.
