Prepare the Fruits
Wash the fresh berries under cool running water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Slice the fresh oranges into rounds or wedges for garnishing.

In a large pitcher, combine the orange juice, cranberry juice, and grapefruit juice. Stir well to mix the juices together.

Set Up the Mimosa Bar
Set out glasses for serving. Place the pitcher of mixed juices, the bottle of prosecco, fresh orange slices, and berries on a table or bar area.

To serve, fill a champagne flute halfway with the juice mixture, then top with prosecco. Garnish with a slice of orange or a few berries as desired.
