Cooking the Pasta

Boil the Water
In a large pot, bring a generous amount of salted water to a boil.

Cook the Pasta
Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the Vegetables

Chop the Vegetables
While the pasta is cooking, chop the bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add Vegetables
Add the chopped bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until softened.

Add Spinach
Stir in the fresh spinach and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until wilted.
Combining Ingredients

Mix Pasta and Veggies
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss to combine thoroughly.

Season with salt, black pepper, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped basil. Toss again to ensure even coating.
