Boil the Spaghetti
Fill a large pot with water, add a generous amount of salt and bring it to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.

Cook the Pancetta
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the pancetta. Cook until it is crisp and golden brown, stirring occasionally for about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside, leaving the fat in the pan.

Mix Eggs and Cheese
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, and black pepper until well combined.

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet with the pancetta. Toss to combine, allowing the heat from the pasta to warm the pancetta and release its flavors.
