Prepare the Sauce
In a medium saucepan, heat the tomato sauce over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Allow it to simmer for about 10 minutes to deepen the flavors.

Prepare the Meats
While the sauce is simmering, slice the cup n char pepperoni, hot capicola, and Genoa salami into thin strips.

Prepare the Cheeses
Grate the mozzarella cheese, and finely grate the asiago and pecorino romano cheeses. Set aside.

Prepare Herbs and Spices
Chop the fresh oregano finely and set aside. Measure out the Calabrian chili.
Assembly

Assemble the Pizza
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). On a pizza stone or baking tray, spread the simmered tomato sauce evenly over the base. Layer the sliced cup n char pepperoni, hot capicola, and Genoa salami over the sauce.

Add the Cheeses
Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese generously over the meats, followed by the asiago and pecorino romano cheeses.

Finish with Herbs and Spices
Sprinkle the chopped fresh oregano and Calabrian chili evenly over the top of the pizza.
Baking

Bake the Pizza
Place the assembled pizza in the preheated oven. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.

Cool and Serve
Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot.
