Method
Chicken Parmesan
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
- 2
Bread the Chicken
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip into the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure they are well coated.
- 3
Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the breaded chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.
- 4
Add Sauce and Cheese
Spoon marinara sauce over each piece of chicken. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- 5
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Spaghetti
- 6
Cook the Spaghetti
In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add salt. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Garlic Bread
- 7
Prepare Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until well combined.
- 8
Toast the Bread
Slice the French bread in half lengthwise. Spread the garlic butter mixture on both halves. Place on a baking sheet and toast in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 10 minutes, until golden.
