Mix the Spices
In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, brown sugar, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Chicken Preparation

Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl.

Apply the Rub
Sprinkle the house rub evenly over the chicken wings. Toss the wings in the bowl until they are well coated with the rub.
Cooking the Wings

Preheat the Smoker
Preheat your smoker to 250°F (120°C).

Smoke the Wings
Place the seasoned chicken wings in the smoker and smoke for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Combine Sauce Ingredients
In a medium saucepan, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir well to combine.

Simmer the Sauce
Bring the sauce to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Allow it to simmer for about 10 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Final Assembly

Coat the Wings
Once the wings are smoked, remove them from the smoker and place them in a large bowl. Pour the BBQ sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.

Serve the smoked chicken wings hot, with extra BBQ sauce on the side for dipping.
