Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure an even coating.

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded chicken breasts for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Thinly slice the green cabbage and grate the carrot.

In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrot, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside to marinate.
