Toast the Bread
Place the buttered baguette halves on a baking sheet and toast them in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Cooking Proteins

Cook the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Cook the Oysters
In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed. Sauté the oysters for 2-3 minutes until they are heated through. Remove and set aside.

Cook the Andouille Sausage
Add the sliced Andouille sausage to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Heat the Roast Beef
In the same skillet, add the thinly sliced roast beef and heat for about 2-3 minutes until warmed through. Remove from heat.
Assembling the PoBoy Platter

Layer the Ingredients
On a large serving platter, arrange the toasted baguette halves. Layer the cooked shrimp, oysters, Andouille sausage, and roast beef on top of the bread.

Add Toppings
Top with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and pickles. Drizzle Cajun remoulade sauce over the top.

Serve
Cut the po'boys into manageable portions and serve immediately to enjoy with your group.
