Reduce the heat to low. Add the sharp cheddar cheese and cream cheese to the pot, stirring until fully melted and combined.

Stir in the cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

Add the cooked elbow macaroni to the cheese sauce, stirring until the pasta is well coated.
Crawfish Topping

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the crawfish tails, chopped green onions, paprika, and lemon juice. Sauté for about 3-5 minutes until heated through. Set aside.
