Base Layer

Prepare the Base Crust
In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix well until all crumbs are coated with butter.

Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish evenly to form a solid crust. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

Mix the Cream Cheese Filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and continue to beat until well combined.

Add Vanilla and Whipped Cream
Mix in the vanilla extract. Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is fluffy and incorporates well.

Spread the Cream Cheese Mixture
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled graham cracker crust.
Fruit Topping

Prepare the Fruit Topping
In a medium bowl, combine the mixed berries, honey, and lemon juice. Toss gently to coat the berries evenly.

Spoon the berry mixture over the cream cheese layer, spreading it evenly across the top.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
