Method
For the Mozzarella Sticks
- 1
Prepare the Cheese
Freeze the mozzarella cheese sticks for at least 1 hour to firm them up, making them easier to coat and fry.
- 2
Setup the Breading Station
Set up a breading station by placing the flour in one shallow dish, the beaten eggs in another, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a third dish.

- 4
Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Use a thermometer to ensure the oil is at the right temperature.
- 5
Fry the Cheese Sticks
Carefully place the breaded mozzarella sticks into the hot oil, frying them in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

Simmer the Sauce
