Cooking the Chicken Wings
- 1
Prepare the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- 2
Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- 3
Bake the Wings
Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
- 4
Making the Blue Cheese Dressing
- 5
Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, add the blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- 6
Mix Together
Using a fork, mash the blue cheese while mixing until all ingredients are well combined and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- 7
Chill the Dressing
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
