Start by rinsing the Romaine lettuce under cold water. Shake off excess water and dry with a salad spinner or pat dry with paper towels.

Chop Lettuce
Once dry, chop the Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Prepare Artichoke Hearts
Open the can of artichoke hearts, drain the liquid, and rinse them under cold water. Cut the artichoke hearts into quarters and add them to the salad bowl.

Sprinkle the croutons evenly over the top of the salad.
