Blend the Base
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and ice. Blend until smooth.

Pour the blended mixture into a glass, leaving a little space at the top. Carefully spoon the blueberry puree on top of the drink.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish the drink with a slice of lime or a few fresh blueberries, if desired. Serve immediately with a straw.
