Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix the Dungeness crab meat, grated ginger, sofrito, and serrano herb puree until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Fill the Zucchini Flowers
Gently open the zucchini flowers and remove the stamen. Stuff each flower with the crab mixture, being careful not to overfill.

Heat the Oil
In a deep skillet or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat until hot (around 350°F or 175°C).

Fry the Zucchini Flowers
Dip each stuffed zucchini flower into the batter, ensuring it is well coated. Carefully place it in the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Plate the fried zucchini flowers and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Serve with extra serrano herb puree on the side.
