Mojo Marinade & Chicken

Method

Marinating & Grilling

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mojo Marinade

In a medium bowl, whisk together the fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, minced garlic, cumin powder, dried oregano, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Chicken

Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the mojo marinade over the chicken, ensuring it's well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 450°F).

  4. 4

    Grill the Chicken

Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the chicken has nice grill marks.

  5. 5

    Rest and Serve

Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with cilantro-lime sour cream.
