Burger Patty

Method

Burger Patty Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patties

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until just combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each into a patty about 3/4 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach the desired doneness.

Burger Assembly

  1. 4

    Toast the Buns

Optional: Toast the gourmet white burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly golden and crispy.

  2. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each bun, layer the shredded lettuce, followed by the cooked burger patty, sliced tomatoes, red onion rings, and pickle planks. Top with the other half of the bun.

Curly-Q Fries Preparation

  1. 6

    Heat the Oil

In a deep fryer or large pot, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 7

    Cook the Fries

Carefully add the frozen curly fries to the hot oil in batches. Fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

  3. 8

    Drain and Season

Remove the fries from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Season with salt to taste.
