ON THE GREENS
Method
ASSEMBLY
- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Rinse the baby greens thoroughly under cold water and dry them using a salad spinner or paper towels. Set aside.
- 2
Add the Cranberries
In a large mixing bowl, add the rinsed baby greens. Sprinkle the dried cranberries over the greens evenly.
- 3
Incorporate the Feta Cheese
Crumble the feta cheese over the salad, ensuring an even distribution throughout the greens and cranberries.
- 4
Mix in Edamame
Add the shelled edamame to the salad mixture, gently folding them in to combine without crushing the ingredients.
- 5
Add Pecans for Crunch
Sprinkle the chopped Priester’s PecansTM over the salad for added texture and flavor.
- 6
Include Orange Segments
Add the orange segments to the salad, spacing them out evenly for a burst of citrus flavor.
- 7
Finish with Berries
Gently add the seasonal berries on top of the salad, allowing them to rest on the other ingredients.
- 8
Toss the Salad
Using salad tongs or two large spoons, carefully toss the salad to combine all the ingredients without bruising the berries or greens.
- 9
Serve
Transfer the salad to a serving bowl or individual plates and enjoy fresh. Drizzle with your favorite dressing if desired.
