Method

NAAN

  1. 1

    Prepare the Naan

Warm the naan bread by placing it on a hot skillet for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or wrap it in foil and place it in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes.

CHICKEN

  1. 2

    Marinate and Cook the Chicken

In a bowl, combine the mojo marinade and chicken breasts. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat. Season chicken with lemon pepper seasoning and grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

VEGETABLES

  1. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

While the chicken is resting, slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips. In the same skillet used for the chicken, add a little more olive oil if needed, and sauté the vegetables over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until they are soft and slightly caramelized.

CHEESE

  1. 4

    Prepare the Blanco Cheese

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the blanco cheese, stirring occasionally until smooth and creamy. This should take about 5 minutes.

ASSEMBLY

  1. 5

    Assemble the Naan Chicken Philly

On each piece of warmed naan, layer sliced chicken, sautéed vegetables, and drizzle with the melted blanco cheese. Fold the naan over to create a sandwich.

FRIES

  1. 6

    Prepare the Curly-Q Fries

Cook the curly-Q fries according to package instructions, either by baking or frying until they are golden brown and crispy.
