Marinade Preparation

Prepare the Marinade
In a medium bowl, combine the fresh lime juice, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, olive oil, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well blended.

Marinate the Chicken
Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a sealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Cook the Wild Rice
In a medium pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the wild rice, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 45 minutes or until the rice is tender. Drain any excess water and set aside.
