Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Rinse and dry thoroughly.

Toss with Oil and Seasonings
In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Roast the Brussels Sprouts
Spread the Brussels sprouts out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through.

Add Balsamic Glaze and Cheese
Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Toss again to coat. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

Serve
Return the Brussels sprouts to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese. Serve warm.
