Cream Mixture Preparation

Prepare the Cream
In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer, beat the mixture until smooth and creamy.

Whip the Cream
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.

Make the Coffee Mixture
In a shallow dish, combine the brewed espresso and amaretto. Stir gently to mix.

Dip the Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture for about 1-2 seconds, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

Layer the Tiramisu
In a rectangular dish, lay half of the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom. Spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture over the ladyfingers.

Repeat the Layers
Add another layer of soaked ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone cream mixture on top.

Chill and Serve
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Before serving, sprinkle cacao nibs on top for garnish.
