Steak Preparation

Season the Steak
Generously season both sides of the strip steaks with salt and black pepper.

Sear the Steak
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the strip steak and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

Roasting Oyster Mushrooms

Prepare the Mushrooms
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Clean the oyster mushrooms by gently wiping them with a damp cloth.

Roast the Mushrooms
Spread the mushrooms on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and tender.
Making Marrow Butter

Prepare the Marrow
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Place the bone marrow in a baking dish and roast for about 15-20 minutes until it is soft and slightly bubbly.

Chill the Marrow Butter
Transfer the marrow butter to parchment paper, roll it into a log, and refrigerate until firm.
Preparing Crispy Potatoes

Boil the Potatoes
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add baby potatoes and cook for about 10-12 minutes until fork-tender.
