1. Cook the Paccheri
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the paccheri pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Lobster Crema
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
3. Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked lobster meat and diced tomatoes to the skillet, stirring gently to combine. Season with salt and black pepper. Let it cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
4. Mix with Pasta
Add the cooked paccheri to the skillet and toss gently to coat the pasta with the lobster crema. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of pasta water to loosen it.
