Mix the Juices and Liqueurs
In a mixing jug, combine the blood orange juice, Dimmi, and Aperol. Stir gently to mix.

Fill Glasses
Pour the mixture evenly into champagne flutes, filling each glass about halfway.

Top with Sparkling Wine
Carefully top each glass with sparkling wine, filling to the rim. Be gentle to avoid overflow.

Add a slice of blood orange to the rim of each glass for garnish.
