Gather Ingredients
Collect all the ingredients listed: bourbon, vino amaro, Drambuie, black walnut bitters, orange peel, and cherry.

Chill the Glass
Place a rocks glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill while you prepare the drink.

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in 2 oz of bourbon, 1 oz of vino amaro, and 0.5 oz of Drambuie.

Add Bitters
Add 2 dashes of black walnut bitters to the mixture.

Stir
Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 20-30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Remove the rocks glass from the freezer or discard the ice water. Strain the mixture into the chilled glass.

Garnish
Express the oils from a strip of orange peel over the drink and drop it into the glass. Add a cherry for garnish.
