Boil Water
In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil.
- 2
Cook Spaghetti
Add spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.
- 3
Drain and Reserve
Once cooked, drain the spaghetti and reserve about 1 cup of pasta water.
Preparing the Seafood
- 4
Sauté Seafood
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the scallops and rock shrimp. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the scallops are golden and the shrimp are pink and opaque.

Add Black Garlic
Mince the black garlic cloves and add them to the skillet, stirring for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Making the Sauce

Season
Season with black pepper and adjust the flavor as necessary.
