Snack

  1. 1

    Prepare the Snack

Start by cutting the pita bread into triangles. Arrange the triangles on a plate.

  2. 2

    Serve with Hummus

Place a bowl of hummus in the center of the plate and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.

    Prepare the Salad

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.

  2. 4

    Add Feta and Dressing

Crumble feta cheese over the salad. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Pour over salad and toss gently.

  1. 5

    Prepare the Asparagus

Trim the ends of the asparagus and rinse under cold water.

  2. 6

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Then add asparagus, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender.

    Season the Chicken

Pat chicken breasts dry with a paper towel. Rub with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
