    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

    In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

    In another bowl, combine the melted butter, honey, milk, eggs, and dried lavender. Whisk until fully incorporated.

    Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
