In a saucepan, combine tamarind paste, brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and red chili flakes. Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha sauce, apple cider vinegar, and garlic powder until well combined.
