Hibiscus Infusion

Prepare the Hibiscus Infusion
In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add 1 cup of dried hibiscus flowers. Let the mixture steep for about 15-20 minutes. After steeping, strain the infusion to remove the flowers and set the liquid aside to cool.

Make the Lemonade
Juice enough fresh lemons to yield 1 cup of lemon juice. In a pitcher, combine the lemon juice with 4 cups of water and 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar. Stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Combine the Infusions
Once the hibiscus infusion is cooled, add it to the lemonade mixture in the pitcher. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

Chill and Serve
Add 2 cups of ice cubes to the pitcher or serve the lemonade over ice in individual glasses.
