Marinating the Chicken
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.

Marinate the Chicken
Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for deeper flavor.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F or 190-200°C).

Grill the Chicken
Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 5
Rest the Chicken
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Preparing the Vegetables

In a large bowl, toss the sliced zucchini, bell peppers, and asparagus with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
