Prepare the Goat Meat
Cut the goat meat into bite-sized pieces and rinse under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels.

Marinate the Meat
In a bowl, mix goat meat with curry powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric, garam masala, salt, black pepper, and chili powder. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight in the refrigerator.

Add Goat Meat
Add the marinated goat meat to the pot, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the meat is browned on all sides.

Add Tomatoes
Chop the tomatoes and add them to the pot. Stir to combine and cook for another 3 minutes.

Add Liquids
Pour in the coconut milk and water, stirring well to combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil.

Simmer the Curry
Reduce heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours or until the goat meat is tender and the sauce has thickened.

Once the curry is ready, remove from heat and stir in chopped fresh cilantro. Serve hot with rice or bread.
