Prepare Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into tenders, approximately 1 inch wide.

Bread the Chicken
Coat each chicken tender in flour, shaking off excess. Dip in beaten eggs, then coat in seasoned breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Heat Oil
In a large skillet, heat cooking oil over medium-high heat until hot (about 350°F or 175°C).

Fry Chicken Tenders
Carefully add chicken tenders to the hot oil in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Mix Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together honey and Dijon mustard until smooth and well combined.
