Smoke the Wings
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Season the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Place them in the smoker and smoke for about 1 hour or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Fry the Wings
In a deep fryer, heat oil to 375°F (190°C). Once the wings are smoked, fry them in the hot oil for 3-4 minutes until they are crispy and golden brown.

Buffalo Style (Optional)
If you prefer buffalo style, toss the fried wings in buffalo sauce immediately after frying.

Serve
Plate the wings and serve with the garlic bread on the side. Garnish with chopped parsley for presentation.
