Prepare the Pulled Pork
In a large bowl, mix the paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar. Rub this mixture over the pork shoulder. Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker.

Cook the Pork
Pour the apple cider vinegar and BBQ sauce over the pork. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the meat is tender and shreds easily.

Make the Cole Slaw
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and grated carrot. In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.

Assemble the Sandwich
Once the pork is cooked, shred it using two forks. Serve the pulled pork on buns topped with cole slaw.
