Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Pork
Cut the pork shoulder into 1-inch cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
- 2
Season the Pork
Add olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Toss to coat the pork evenly with the seasoning.
- 3
Marinate
Let the pork marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator, or for up to 4 hours for more flavor.
- 4
Cook the Pork
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the marinated pork and cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is browned on all sides.
- 5
Add Liquid
Pour in the apple cider vinegar and water, bringing it to a simmer. Cover the skillet and reduce heat to low. Let it cook for about 15-20 minutes, until the pork is tender.
- 6
Serve
Remove the pork from the skillet and serve it on a plate, garnished with additional spices if desired.
